Be Transformed!

God did not create you to remain the same. He created you to grow, to be transformed, to be in motion…in a forward direction. He did not create you to be a machine, leading a mundane life that lacks creativity, ingenuity, and functionality. He created you to make a difference in your environment, wherever you are, to be purposefully adding, in a creative way, what has been stolen from this world by the enemy…the LOVE of Christ Jesus.

When that purpose becomes the center of whatever you are doing, then it creates potential to rise above and beyond what others thought we could accomplish, and even beyond your own expectations. You are not capable of doing anything in and of yourself, but with God, all things are possible. It is time for Christians to realize that we are children of God, and seek to live in the fullness of Who He is and walk in power and in His plans and purposes.

Do not struggle in a place where you feel bound. Do not settle for what you think is your limit. Do not listen to naysayers that have their own personal perspectives and have spoken boundaries into your life. As you begin your day every day, set your heart on the kingdom of God and His Righteousness, and He will add what you lack, and what you need to carry out His purposes in this earth. If you allow Him to, God will mold you into who and what He had always intended you to be. But hold on…He is a God of victory…be prepared to be propelled into success and transformation.

Now keep in mind that what the world perceives as “success”, is not always what God considers success. The world is full of envy and pride. The world will despise you, discourage you, and dismiss you. But they do not know your God! Pay attention to details…there are “ifs, buts and ands”…that can affect the outcome of situations and circumstances by your will and choices. Keep your eyes on God, and He will lead you.

Nothing you have ever imagined will compare to what He has planned, because our ways are not His ways. God does not have myopia, and His desire is for you to see the big picture…not to be disappointed by small setbacks that are just delays that He will use to keep you on His time continuum. God alone sees the beginning from the end. He is the Way…follow Him.  

Today is the day. Now is the time to receive a newness of life and a renewal of your spirit. You may be a Christian, and have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior. But have you received Him as Lord…that is MASTER of your life? Have you completely surrendered your life to Him? If not, maybe it’s time for a change. You may be “bogged down”, or “in a rut”. Ask Jesus to breathe new life into the things that are dead or dying. Ask Him to set you on a new path, to give you a new perspective that helps you to see things the way He does.

God is a God of life and light. He is a creative God, and the Word tells us that we are created in His image…BELIEVE in Him, believe in yourself. God has never made a mistake.
