God is looking for true worshippers...those who worship in spirit and in truth (John 4:23-24). So many think that worship is being "present" in church...as if location changes what they are doing. Being present does not count one as committed. God is looking for those who are committed to Him...living in such a way when no one is looking that they will walk in His power when everyone is looking.
RE-READ the Scripture. Let it sink in...If God has to "seek" such worshippers, there are obviously not many of them out there. We see fans and cheerleading squads at ball games cheering on players, but we hardly walk into churches and see passionate singing to the Father...Who doesn't "play"...desiring a relationship with each of us that will not be frail, no matter how many times we fail. Our bond with Him is Blood-strong and He is our Champion. We are His children, the redeemed! Let the redeemed of the LORD SAY SO!
